Books to borrow, interlibrary loan, meeting room, promotion of local events (like the Adult Ed Center).
Gerifit for seniors. Ability to use the meeting room for group studies, meetings, etc. Friendly employees and good books.
I love books. I love borrowing books! Our study group meets here. The librarians are helpful and kind.
Some places the libraries are coming to an end. I truly believe this library in our town is wonderful and fully utilized in our community.
I do NOT read electronic books. I need to feel the pages in my hand. I need to see the colorful book jackets. I need to sniff the books!
I love getting calls when my favorite author has a new book for me to check out.
I think for kids, it’s also a visual experience, same as for me. Imagine if kids didn’t get into reading because the books couldn’t draw them in.
